hahaha
I make them. I rip the audio from videos on the internet or from my own movies and then edit it with Audacity. I learned how to use Audacity to make my own ringtones. This was from a movie a friend of mine brought into work the other day. I edited out the other person talking so it sounds like a message on an answering machine.
