Time just ticks on by whether we like it or not. Dreary Erie has been just that for the last 6 days. Tomorrow it's supposed to begin to ease up and we are promised (so far) a beautiful weekend. I hope they're right because the doom and gloom weather has been affecting everyone. Today I sang songs about rain and smiles all the way to work. 'Pennies From Heaven' reminded me of daddy. He sang that song just about every time it rained. Good thing about this time of year out here are the beautiful fall colors busting out all over the place. When the sun starts shining, they will be even more beautiful. Oh yeah! Looking forward to the weekend for sure.
