Well, maybe it would be more accurate to switch those phrases around. It's been about 3 weeks since Van got the cast off his leg, after having broken it a second time in less than 9 months. Now Cherryl broke her left ankle again, the same ankle, possibly the same exact fracture, less than 8 months from the last break. We'll see if we can come up with some photos a little later on. Thank heaven for family and the Relief Society sisters. Grandma Risser did a lot of ferrying around and picking up, Adam and Kyle are there to help and the sisters are watching and providing while I'm out of town
Becky's Grandbabies!
Took all my grandbabies (minus my beautiful Tristan) to Target and had portraits done. (Got tired of waiting for their parents to do it. Pictures - I want Pictures people!) Anyway - if you'd like to take a peek at my beautiful babies (and who wouldn't), go to targetportraits.com - click on 'order portraits/view images' link. They want you to make an account or something but you will need the Name: Becky Ashley and the Web Access Code: LTTT0899110706TAR and be prepared to ENJOY!
How does this work again? Hmmm OK
Hey everyone, hope all is well. I will try and post an update tonight. Love to you all
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DELIAH AND JOSIE!!!!

THE BIG 60!!!
The reigning patriarch of the Risser Clan is turning the big 60! How can that be? It was just yesterday that Toni & I (Becky) were pestering Keithie to play house with us and be the daddy. Digging the underground 'cave' at the side of the house. Burning plastic army men and model airplanes (and a barbie doll or two). Hide and Seek in the dark at home (usually when mom and dad were gone). Alligator lizards. Capture the Flag. Skate boarding with homemade sails to pull us down the street. Camping. Saving me from falling in the river. Scarying my cat with his bugle - while I was carrying him (the cat that is). Racing horses at King's Ranch. You were the best big brother a kid could ever ask for. The fact that you always brought your friends (who were sooooo cute) to the house to lift weights for us girls (maybe just me) to ooh and aah over. Ah yes! (Of course they were always interested in Toni - grrr). But I digress... (Youngster - you shall pass this way all too soon.) Gordon - thanks for the memories too many to mention in a blog. I know I speak for my all siblings when I say how much we love you and are so proud to call you Big Bro. Happy Birthday Big Guy!
